Green's councillor, Trent McCarthy has been successful in getting council to consider re-joining the Northern Alliance for Greenhouse Action and the Victorian Local Government Association. This means the council will once again be able to be part of the bid to access Federal funding for low income households for climate change retrofitting and other initiatives.
